That press release doesn't say where the soldiers were kidnapped....

The Secretary of State doesn't say they went into Israel either...  soldiers
were abducted in Gaza (not part of Israel) and Lebanon (not part of Israel).

It's true that the U.S. may send law enforcement personel into other countries,
but that is only with approval of that nation...  Can we invade Mexico to
stop illegal items or people coming across the boarder?  Not by international
law!
