That's bullshit. Saddam USED chemical and biological weapons against the 
Kurds, against the people of Basra, and against the Iranians. FACTS FACT 
FACTS those damn FACTS! He also had a nuclear weapons facility the Israelis 
bombed. They had the French and Germans helping them towards nuclear weapons 
technology and selling them Arms against the UN embargo including 
helicopters for deployment of chemical weapons.

Don't forget they found over 500 rounds of chemical munitions IN Iraq.
