The crooked SC (FL) was nullified by the correct SC (SCOTUS). Even the talk show hosts and sleaze media have more sense than to think what this and other ignoramuses still believe (like a WWII Japanese stranded in the Okinawan (sp?) jungle). The SCOTUS voted to stop the hand counting of ballots by Dem canvassing boards only in select counties in FL where Gore was popular (which wouold have dienfranchised the rest of the country's counties with similar problems). This was during the RECOUNT. Bush had already won. The count was 7-2 that the recount procedure was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The 5-4 count stopped the UNCONSTITUTIONAL process. The 2 swing votes were Dem appointed judges. Hence, they voted to keep the UNCONSTITUTIONAL recount going. And hence, I resigned from the Dem party the next day.
