Somehow, California's educators have it backwards.  
It isn't a failure of the *system* that Mexcrement 
and Niggers drop out of school and fail the exit
exam at rates five times more than Whites and Asians.

We have to segregate classrooms, and put niggers in
with the retards and vo-tech students. Mexcrement 
can go back to Mexhico to be educated.

A nigger's mind is a terrible thing to waste.
