FROM THE PRESIDENT
Leaders at all levels today face unprecedented challenges. So do
organizations, both large and small. Economic pressure to produce
more with less; public pressure to provide new programs and
services; and the technological capability to do more and more
require both leaders and organizations to be ready for constant
change.
How can you keep yourself and your organization capable of
responding to the needs of these very real demands while ensuring
profitability? How can you learn to understand and appreciate your
own best ways to operate, your organization's natural dynamics and
the impact you and the organization have on each other?
The Phillips Graduate Institute has developed a unique short
course, offered here for the first time, designed to provide busy
leaders, managers, owners, and consultants access to three key
arenas of action: personal capability, organizational capability,
and personal/organizational synergy.
Excellent leadership and management is the result of the most
effective interaction possible between individuals. The Phillips
Graduate Institute has over 23 years of success in the graduate
education of adults with a focus on developing personal
proficiencies and interpersonal skills.
Edwin S. Cox, Ph.D.
