This is a simple reminder of the upcoming meeting of the Los Angeles Sun Local User Group. RSVPs WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATED -- so that I can plan for the proper conference room, etc. Please feel free to pass along this notice to others who may be interested. If you choose not to confirm by e-mail, you can drop me a voicemail message at (310) 607-2416. ** Calendar Appointment ** Date: 1/14/93 Start: 9:00 am End: 12:00 am What: Los Angeles Sun Local User Group Sun/El Segundo office 222 N Sepulveda, 18th Floor El Segundo, 90245-4342 Parking is validated. There are no dues/fees for this group. This is just a reminder that we'll be holding a meeting of the Sun Local User Group at the Sun Microsystems office in El Segundo. Primary topics will be: 1) Should we split the group in half (310-213 on one side, and 213-818 on the other)? 2) Solaris 2.x transition status (limited supply of transition CD-ROMs will be handed out) 3) Vendor handouts (no vendor presentations scheduled -- yet) 4) Other subjects appreciated ... As always, any subject related to the use of Sun computers or Sun software is open for discussion. If you'd like to send a short list of your desired subjects, I'll collate these for the group and send this to the group later this week. --- Gene Saunders | Gene.Saunders@Sun.COM | Save a tree; use AnswerBook.
