A friend is travelling from Santa Barbara to Portland around December 11,
from Portland to San Francisco in mid December, and from San Francisco back
to Santa Barbara by December 27. If anyone can help with transportation or
would like to share car rental expenses it would be greatly appreciated.

She is willing to pay for half of gas, etc. and should make the drive less
boring. She needs transportation for the first and third portions.
(Santa Barbara -> Portland, dec 11; San Francisco -> Santa Barbara, dec 27)

Also, any suggestions/offers regarding affordable airfare, train, etc would
be helpful.

Regards.
