Hi, I'm renting a spacious, two bedroom house at the end of a dead end street in Eagle Rock just two miles away from Old Town Pasadena. My roommate is moving out at the end of the month and I'm hoping to find someone to move in. The house has a large kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, a fridge, a washer and a dryer. Out back is a yard with a gazebo. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is just a mile away from the freeway. The house would be convientent for students at Caltech or Occidental and would serve people from USC. The rent is $1000 which we would split evenly.
