Postscript to pdf ?

Anyone know of a utility to take a postscript file generated
by dvips and convert it to pdf format? I want to make some .ps 
files available via the web, and the target audience is most 
likely not able to handle .ps format...

I know of Acrobat Distiller, but I'd prefer something which
runs under Linux :)
