Just changed video cards - and I'm impressed

I just switched video cards on the Linux (RH 6.2) machine. I'd planned what
I'd do, but decided to boot it up just to see what would happen.

Half way through the load, RH suddenly informs me that the S3 card is gone -
do I want to remove the appropriate driver? I answer yes.

Then - it'd found the Matrox card. Did I want to install the drivers? Yep.

It then asked what monitor I had, ran some checks, I decided to accept its
suggested configuration - and it went ahead and booted.

For an OS that's not supposed to be very user friendly, it works bloody well!

Regards
