You can obtain dual 125 Mhz Hypersparc modules, and if you're really rich
(!), dual *and* quad 200 MHz Hypersparc modules are still on Bridgepoint's
current Hypersparc inventory page.
However with a list price in the multiple-thousand US$ range, I don't think
I'll be buying any new dual or quad 200 Mhz Hypersparc modules right away!

And I have the image for the Sparc 20 v2.25 bootrom stored at my archive at
"http://lios.apana.org.au/~cdewick/data/bootroms.html". I will hopefully
also have the Sparc 10 version of the v2.25 ROM there soon.
This machine is a dual-150 MHz Hypersparc equipped Sparc 20 btw. With an 8
meg VSIMM fitted to enable the SX framebuffer for truecolour in 1280 x 1024
mode, it's excellent for it's age.
Regards,
Craig.
