	Well, we use two different Telco's, neither of which are BT (
Birmingham Cable and Energis ) and have had no major problems with
3.8. It strikes me as odd that an "expert" would say this when if it
were true I am sure that this list would be alight with complaints.
Also, the switches used here in the UK are the same as those used in
the rest of the world, i.e. a wide range of manufacturers such as
Northern Telecom, AT&T, and countless others - BT do not actually make
switches, so this problem would not be confined to the UK if it
existed. At best, it would be anyone using the Euro-ISDN standard.
