If that is the case, then "Bingo" there is a problem here.  I have yet to 
see a release note that states: "Do not attempt an upgrade of the ComOS 
while the PM3 is on line."  Or, "If you are running OSPF the PM3 is 
subject to a higher rate of failure during a ComOS upgrade."
