  We are becoming less free with each passing day as Klinton pushes for
new regulations that do not have to go before Congress for approval.
  For instance, the EPA has begun to use an old law that stated
something to the effect that if an emergency existed, then the EPA could
write rules and regulations which would not have to go before Congress
for approval.  Carol Browner who heads up the EPA is in on the push for
socialism/communism just as much as Klinton is.

                            THE PLAN.

  All the liberals in high office are aware of the objective: Global
Socialism under one Global Government.  Americans are too free and too
rich, therefore, we must disarm them, reduce their educational level in
the public "government" schools so that they are dumbed down in many
areas, especially in US history.  God must be removed from as many
places as possible. Patriotism must be made fun of and all who claim to
be patriots must appear as radicals. Class envy is a good tool to divide
the country along social lines, so it must be used in the media.

Traditional American Family Values must be crushed.  Down play the value
of life.  Increase the power and scope of government on all levels. 
Raise taxes until Americans are paying in 85% of all earnings to some
form of government.  Create a "Carbon Tax" so that money can be taken
from the rich nations and given to the poor nations.  Make certain that
the "Carbon Tax" is redistributed by the United Nations and allow the UN
to keep 30% of it.  Make Americans feel guilty about many issues,
especially environmental concerns.  Then they will be more willing to
hand over liberties and freedoms along with more taxes to support our
socialistic goals.  Use "The Sky is Falling" scare tactics if the public
seems unwilling to fork over more tax dollars. 

 Ignore the US borders so that many cultures will invade the USA which
will allow the country to become much less unified.  This will also
prepare Americans for the culture shock that will occur when the borders
are removed.
  
The NAFTA and GATT agreements are to be used just as was the Mastricht
Treaty in Europe.  1. Begin open trade. 2. Soften border enforcement.
3.Begin to discuss a common currency between member nations. 4. Explain
to the public that the border is now interfering with "Free Trade" and
prepare them for the eventual removal of the border.  5. Expand the
agreement to as many nations as is possible and use the "threat" of the
economic power of the European Union (EU) as a reason for expansion.
6. Begin to openly discuss the formation of a common government and the
total relaxation of all borders between member nations. 7. Organize a
common currency now that the public has been indoctrinated with
"Globalism" and their patriotism has been removed. With the common
currency and open borders, the natural progression to a common
government will be quiet simple.  Again, the threat of the EU can be
used.  IT will be very important to point out to the American public
that the EU has begun to implement all of these features and that if the 
 USA wants to compete economically with the EU, it must do the exact
same things the EU has done i.e. no borders, common currency, and common
government.

  As the North American continent organizes, Asia is next with Europe
leading the way for all the worlds nations.  In a short period of time,
we will have three spheres of power and then we can begin to align them
(tri-lateral) all under a newly created Central World Government.  
  We will use environmental extremism and economic concerns as the means
to overcome resistance.  
  Global Socialism will easily be accomplished, but there is one major
factor that cannot be overlooked:  The American Church.  Far too many
well informed Christians exist in the USA today to accomplish our goals
without resistance!  They will readily rebel against many aspects of our
global plan, or "The Plan" as we have begun to call it.

  The media must be used to ridicule the Christian church so that its
image is degraded in the eyes of other not-so-religious Americans.
  Once this has been accomplished, the public outcry against
christianity will help to silence the opposition of the churches in the
USA.  We will win, but not without Christian opposisiton.
