Sun is enhancing and repricing the upgrades to its SPARCserver 600MP
series. Customers have the opportunity to choose Sun's new 2.1-Gbyte
Differential SCSI disks on enclosure exchange upgrades to SPARCserver
690MP Model 120 or Model 41. These upgrades will allow customers to
take advantage of a 10MB/sec SCSI interface. The two new upgrades are:

	Upgrade to SS690MP Model 120	UG690-120-64-P73 (V3,V4)
	Upgrade to SS690MP Model 41	UG690-41-64-P73 (V3,V4)

All enclosure exchange upgrades with 1.3-Gbyte IPI disks will remain available.

In addition, Sun is reducing prices on both board upgrades to
SPARCserver 600MP and the SPARCserver 690MP Model 41 enclosure exchange
with 128MB memory. The price reductions reinforce Sun's commitment to
provide attractively priced upgrades to its installed base. The
following upgrades are price reduced:

From To Model 120 To Model 41
	------- ------------- -------------
	4/330 UG4/330MP-64 UG4/330-41-64
	4/370, 4/390 UG4/3X0MP-64 UG4/3X0-41-64
	4/470, 4/490 UG4/4X0MP-64 UG4/4X0-41-64
	3/180, 3/280, 3/480, 4/280 UG690-41-128-P61(V3,V4)
