I'm having troubles with Verizon and my ISDN services... We have 4 ISDN Lines, which NONE are used for DATA. They all are used for VOICE only. ISDN #1 - Pipeline 75r2 ISDN #2 - Pipeline 85 ISDN #3 - Pipeline 75r2 ISDN #4 - Pipeline 75r2 I've done Everything possible to the equipment, including upgrading it's flash code etc.... I DON'T think this is a hardware or settings issue. All information in the pipelines are correct (#s/SPID INFO) Every 3 1/2 - 4 Hours The pipeline shows ERROR CODE 043 - (No Circuit/Channel Available) and then sends the error tones to the analog ports, showing that the lines are down... Then after powering down/up the units ALL lines work great again for 3 -4 more hours!!! can't figure THIS OUT! Verizon when this happens show that our hardware 'looses' the SPID and that it is our hardware's issues NOT theirs.... (Of Course) These are the MAIN lines into our Company, and we need to get something done to fix this problem ASAP...
