No it is not.  This is content based canceling and is WRONG.  Canceling
posts because thay are illegle is clearlt censorship, an abuse of the net
and an attack on the prinsipul of free speech[1].  It stops newsadmins and
readers from getting posts that thay may wish to recive, going against all
the rules for spam removel.

Spam is only allowed to be removed because it puts an excessive load on
the system.  An illegal post of the same size and numbers as a legal post
has no preforence inpact and should be allowed.

If this where allowed to be the otherway more restrictive areas would
start canceling articals that violated there own quant laws.

This is true, however it should be enforced via lawsuits and court
action reather then canceling.  Technical problems should be solved
technicaly, scocal problems should be solved socaly.

You will find that thouse anty queen insulting laws are not treated with
that much ergency or inportent.  Consdering what is said in most of
the tablod papers about the rolal famly I dout that "FUCK THE QUEEN" would
cause even the smallest of impacts.
