I'd like to share with U my thoughts about a line
a MySpace friend wrote me in response to my first
MySpace bulletin re: undercover cops + my response 2what
she wrote which GOT ME THINKING more about why I'm *really*
- I MEAN REALLY! - U-P-S-E-T.

It's ABUSE OF POWER by a Police State.

The POOR+Homeless r being OVERPOLICED so the Judical System
can have a higher conviction rate each year: THAT'S INTENTIONAL
FRAUD of the Public Purse.

That's serious.

It means taxpayers are paying more than then should in taxes.

It's ABUSE OF THE TAXPAYER.

----------> I'm now ADDING this bit 2that.

In my case it's DOWNRIGHT *DANGEROUS*.

I was initially put in a room with 2 undercover cops + a HIV person
dying of AIDS who is also a psychiatrict out-patient and who has
been IN AND OUT of MANY, MANY JAILS, Mr. Doug Martin,
a guy who is very likeable.

One morning he offered me his razor: had I taken the razor without
thinking + cut myself with it, I'd now have AIDS.

Only 1 of the orginal undercover cops r still that room: he's a whole
story in itself.

Any how, Doug Martin left just before Xmas 2007 2b replaced by
an undercover cop who now has his own room with his own TV and
likes to go on DRINKNG BINGES like the other undercover cops
on the 4th Floor in Seaton who r part of the *so-called* Harm
Reduction Program there: talk about a MOMUMENTAL FARCE
that program is.

The other 1 was replaced by several SLEEPOVER POLICE
PSYCHIATRISTS along with OTHER undercover cops - for
the most part.

These undercover cops are POSSESSED! by the Devil - I swear. <grin>

I'm going to have to write about how I have been systematically
*intentionally* HARASSED by a 100% CROOKED Police State
where every Gov't organization WITHOUT EXCEPTION has its
*OWN* - internal - mafia+ WHERE the ABUSE  OF THE PUBLIC
PURSE is really, really BAD! in those departments WHERE
there's a lot, a lot of $$$ + WHERE U will *ALWAYS* find a
*NON-CONSENTING * CULTURE of SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
OF WOMEN of which my wife and consequently, MY FAMILY
ARE A VICTIM.

My wife had NOT work in her 1st 7 years of marriage at any full-time
job so she could raise our two children. She started to work at the
Rehab Centre in Ottawa replacing a psychotechnician in the Spring
of 1984 because I was losing my job at the Senate of Canada because
I REFUSED! to abuse the System like everybody else. I had been
warned a year earlier that if I didn't start to abuse the System like
everybody else I'd lose my job.

In June 1984 when I was getting the Union (PSAC) on Parliament Hill
my wife called me, the only call she ever made to me at the Senate of
Canada, where I had already worked for 9 years and said *calmly*
over the phone: "I was involved in non-consenting sex at work."

It took me two (2) to understand that MY! WIFE was raped + sexually
exploited  at which time I told her to go to the Ottawa Police with
charges
of RAPE and SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.

Her boss - paid by the province for doing 2jobs at once, talk about
a CROOK - put her against me and stopped her from allowing me
to see my three (3) children once we were separated+later divorces.

Her boss even had her see a psychiatrist weekly who would asked
her 2KEY QUESTIONS: r u still seeing Ur husband? r Ur kid seeing
him? (THIS IS MIND CONTROL of the worse kind as there is AN
*IMPLICIT* THREAT in the question.)

She was FORCED! 2choose between her unemployed husband +
her job.

I'VE BEEN PUNISHED BY THE SYSTEM ever since I told her
to lay those charges.

AND THE SYSTEM KEEPS! PUNISHING ME.

BUT! I'm H-I-T-T-I-N-G BACK with my political party,
the Égalité Party of Canada http://www.eh-ok.ca. <grin>

I intend to GET EVEN.

Yes siree.

I HOPE! U guys r WITH ME.

U know, I was SO! UPSET that it took me over a year
to write about Downtown Eastside Vancouver: see the
bulletin I posted "NEW Downtown Eastside Vancouver
Community Court: GOV'T SCAM!"

This was sent - AS USUAL - to US+Canadian media people
+ posted in 95 online newsgroups.

Now, I have to write about THESE very real VILLAINS!
undercover cops.

How many r there? (I suspect possibly 6000 who criss-cross
the country, 1/2 of which r in Toronto where MOST r African-
Canadians to deal with Toronto's gun problem in the African-
Canadian community.)

How they get paid (MORE! than the Prime Minister because
of their seniority.However there r some young guys - a NEW
TREND in Policing: I had a few in my apartment building in
Ottawa.) and who pays them is ALL! SECRET just like the
budget figures of the Attorney Generals of Canada: the $$$
at their disposal 2PROSECUTE Canadians, BUT a very
GOOD! INDICATION OF THE *SIZE* of Police State
DRAGNET DESIGNED! to go after ONLY! the POOR+
Homeless where the $$$ is for the Police+Judicial System.

 NOT! organized crime, NOR! Bay Street organized crime,
NOR crime in the Gov't, NOR white collar crime.

NO!

Just crime committed MAINLY by the POOR+Homelss.

My political party, the ÉPC, is advocating SMART POLICING:
cops with University degrees that see policing as SOCIAL
SERVICES.

In all MINOR court cases the Police who have to make sure
that b4 someone is charged that s/he knows the Law, has
been given documented warnings, + is ONLY! brought b4
the Court IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST + ALWAYS with
jury.

NO ONE GOES TO JAIL WITHOUT JURY.

The goal is to REDUCE! Police deployment #s and the
budgets of the Attorney Generals by 2/3s + REINVEST
this $$$ in STRONG SOCIAL INITIATIVES that
benefit the most vulnerable and who NOW! COST
the taxpayer the MOST! $$$.

Re: my stay in Seaton House since July 25th 2007, I've
been DEMANDING MY VERY OWN ROOM so
I woN'T BE HARASSED by undercover cops + I'll
be asking $1,000,000 in COMPENSATION for the
abuse I've been taking at Seaton House every day -
NONSTOP!

Hopefully, I'll convince U that I deserve some sort of
compensation for Police PSYCOLOGICAL BRUTALITY
which basically amounts to telling me I'm mentally ill
(manic depressive and bipolar) and that I should be
taking medication.

That's both SLANDER when it's said and LIBEL when it's
written as the Police put this in my Seaton file because
its GROUNDLESS.

In fact, 1 of the Police psychiatrist (1 or 3 from what I
can see) (BTW, their Police salary is up in the $150,000
range) posing as a Homeless person who had been there
several months called me over just before leaving to start
talking to me.

He said that his specialty was manic depression + that I
was suffering from manic depression 2which I responded
that the terms of ALL! sicknesses are SPELLED OUT in
the MERCK MANUAL Manual + that he had NO
GROUNDS 2*triviallly* say WITHOUT SUPPORTING
EVIDENCE what he was saying.

THAT'S! HARASSMENT.

THAT'S! A CRIMINAL OFFENCE
as well: it's SLANDER!

Among the MANY OTHER INCIDENTS of undercover
cop abuse have been 2 *RECENT* incidents of ASSAULT.

Once in the cafeteria a few months ago where a surveillance
person from Ottawa (I suspect.) put his hand on my throat
and squeezed saying "Why doN'T you go back to Ottawa
where U belong."

Yes, Ottawa, where the SURVEILLANCE I experienced
is WAY OUT OF HAND + MUCH WORST than Seaton
House.

NO! thx.

The OTHER ASSAULT INCIDENT happened just b4
yesterday involving the *NEW* H-Y-P-E-R AGRESSIVE
cop that replaced another undercover cop.

He claimed 2b mad at me because I made noise when opening
my locker at night.

He went over + picked up the plastic garbage can in the room +
lifted it over his head waving it while making threats. I told him
that this was ASSAULT by an undercover cop. He went 2bed
where he HYPERVENTILATED.

When I later told the supervisor, he did nothing: he didn't even
talk 2the guy.

Why?

He's an undercover cop, I'm sure that's why.

The staff r on first name basis with THESE VILLAINS who use
entrapment so the Judicial System can meet its CONVICTION
QUOTA.

Meanwhile the Seaton House staff pretend they doN'T know me
after being there already for 1 year asking me: "What's Ur name?"

These undercover cops with their immense wardrobe and wads
of money 2buy beer+crack: they're KING OF THE CASTLE at
Seaton House.

And they TERRORIZE the Homeless calling the Homless "pieces
of shit", etc.

They complain about the food throwing much of it into the garbage
and they certainly doN'T eat their 3meals a day there.

Anyway ...

The new hyper aggressive cop alleges that the roomate,
Yugoslavian war victim who has nothing in his locker, took
his snack that he left out on the window sill + said that
THE NEXT TIME he'll make sure that it has rat poison
in it. He said this repeatedly.

One of the other undercover cops has said *repeatedly* to
this same poor guy "I'll slit Ur throat + throw U thu that
damn fucking window. I don't care if I go back to prison."

The undercover cop that's beside me now left a full Coke
can on top of his locker to bait the poor guy + then accused
him of being a thief saying "we have a thief in our mist".

Well, DAH!

This is a classic case of undercover cop entrapment:
this is what makes these guys tick.

They get THEIR KICKS this way.

SICK! isn't it?

His style of harassment is to go to the washroom every
20-30 minutes or so during the night and rustle around
in his locker. He also likes to sleep with his head at the
other end of the bed so he can see everything which
means U r being watched by him. Where's the privacy?

I had 1 undercover cop that came b4 Xmas that had a
habit of YELLING AT ME: he also liked to smoke
marijuana+do crack. Well, 1 early Sunday morning
I decided to holler back.

GUESS! what happened?

He stayed put in the room with his mini TV, stereo
system, etc. + I was put in another room.

Just this past month, someone took my pillow. I
complained *repeatedly* to the Seaton House staff
2no avail: 17 days later another undercover cop that
I share the room with said I found U a pillow.

It was the very same 1 that I had lost: I could tell by
its unique markings.

Now someone swiped it again the day this new
hyper aggressive cop came.

Co-incidence?

I think NOT!

Clearly, the undercover cops acting like ALPHA
MALES think they're THE BOSS.

NAME OF THIS GAME is INTIMIDATION.

I intend 2see 2it
that it's a 2WAY GAME. <grin>

BOYCOTT! the Elections.

SUPPORT! the ÉPC
the ONLY! political party that CARES!

PARADIGM SHIFT
