This kind of law is very dangerous and MAY lead to people obtaining jobs who do not have the necessary qualifications. My statement should NOT in any way read that I do not support equality. Good pay for Good work, regardless of sex, race, etc should be the policy. By forcing people to hire 50% women COULD be very dangerious. Instead the goverment should encourage equality, not try to legislate it. Still would like to know how you are going to pay for this plan ?
