After recently passing the Land Transfer Tax and some other tax, we
find out that
the City of Toronto is considering OTHER FORMS of taxation at a time
when there
is tremedous growth and many buildings being built that will INCREASE
the City's
TAX BASE.

Meanwhile the federal and provincial governments are reporting record
budget surpluses.

Besides an INCREDIBLY *BLOATED* POLICE FORCE, what's the problem?

Let's start by LOOKING at who is getting the City of Toronto
CONTRACTS: Bay Street
organized crime?

The City Auditor has just said that the City of Toronto is paying 24%
EXTRA ON CITY
CONTRACTS:  do those "PADDED" amounts include bribes to City
officials?
(One has to wonder.)
Clearly, the affairs of the City of Toronto *remain* A MESS.

Should the Mayor resign? Is he NOT responsible?

Or maybe it'is the fault of THE GREYMEN (term used by Princess Diana
refering to behind
the scenes people who direct the actions of the Royal Family)?

Who will stand up and take responsibility?
Can Canadians continue to have faith in a - CLOSED-SHOP - Police State
Government run
by the Freemasons who OPERATE "BEHIND CLOSED DOORS" (in secret)?

The only thing that wll STOP THIS NONSENSE is a 100% CLEAN
GOVERNMENT.
