The President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada was harassed
by undercover cops three (3) consecutive nights seated quietly on the
same bench in the Allan Garden Park close to where he temporarily
resides at Seaton House (nicknamed: "Satan's House"), men's hostel at
339 George Street by Ryerson University (one street over from Gerrard
and Jarvis Street) run by the Shelter, Support, and Housing
Administration of the City of Toronto.

The second time a long-haired undercover cop came by asking for money
claiming to be a recovering addict and went out of his way to strike
up a conversation saying that he had come from Vancouver nine (9)
months ago. Of course, the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party
of Canada had been there for several months as of April 18th and was
forced to leave after being refused social assistance for the month of
July. This was the most innocuous of the three (3) encounters lasting
for about 10 minutes.

However, on the first and third occasion he was confronted by a long-
haired undercover cop ACTING DRUNK (whose breath did NOT reak - at all
- of BEER) who offered him a beer.

The first time everything started out mildly only to end with the
undercover cop flinging his arms every which way and VERBALL ACCOSTED
HIM *repreatedly* saying such things as  "Bull shit!" and "You're full
of shit! You don't know what you're talking about. Piss off!" This
lasted for about 20 minutes.

The third time the undercover cop came on bike with his sidekick,
"Dave" who hesitated to give his name. Dave kept saying that  the
President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada must see
ZeitGeist Three (3) saying that "It's ALL! there. ... ." He even
grabbed the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada's
German grammar book who then had to grab it back.

But THE OTHER ONE, Steve, ACTED COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL FROM THE
START.

Ranting, raving, and yelling with arms flinging wildly about come up
to within less than an inch from his face only to move back and
and come back again and again.

He even put his hand on the bottom part of the neck of the President/
Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada in order to hold him down
and brought the fist of his other hand up to the temple of the
President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada and said that he
could hit right there in the temple, but he was NOT going to do that
because he was a nice guy.

This encountered lasted well over 30 minutes and ended with hime
SCREAMING! at the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of
Canada to get out of the park extending extending his left arm up
parallet to the ground.

By this time another undercover cop had to come and restrain him as he
was really losing it.

Meanwhile, there were a handful of undercover cops from Seaton House
(nicknamed: "Satan's House") WATCHING THE WHOLE SPECTACLE one of whom
was the undercover cop of the previous night.

Long-haired Steve left the park only to come back shortly after and
yell at  the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada
at a distance.

The President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada took
advantage of this opportunity to tell him that he was lucky that there
was no Police incidence report regarding the whole matter and went
over to those on the bench beside his to say the same thing whose
response was to growl at him with the leader wearing the sunglasses
(Undercover cops like sunglasses it seems.) even
charged at him. They left him after uttering a few choice words only
to have one of them come back for another brief verbal skirmish
before following behind his ragtime group of undercover cops.

"Why did this happen?

This PURPOSE of this kind POLICE STATE TERRORISM is meant to DEMEAN a
person and to *D-I-S-E-M-P-O-W-E-R* him/her in an attempt to CONVINCE
THE *CHOSEN* VICTIM that s/he is POWERLESS, HELPLESS.

This POLICE STATE APPROACH permeates the Canadian judicial and penal
sytem and is meant to underscore the point that THE STATE IS ALL
POWERFULL and its VICTIM is POWERLESS.

Clearly, in a POLICE STATE like Canada's a the POLICE is NOT THERE TO
SERVE AND PROTECT, AN ILLUSION foisted onto to the citizens in order
to make them believe that the Police are good guys and that their
country is NOT a POLICE STATE." thinks the President/Party Leader of
the �galit� Party of Canada.

"Will I need to ask for POLICE PROTECTION?" he asks ironcially. His
says: "It certainly seems that way GIVEN THE WAY THINKS HAVE BEEN
GOING at the hands of THE POLICE STATE APPARATUS."

Incidentally, it was mentioned to him at his "formal" intake interview
yesterday at Seaton House (nicknamed: "Satan's House") conducted by
Kevin Dwyer, Toronto City employee, that there was a question on the
intake form that asks the interviewer if he thought that the
interviewee suffered from manic depression and illusions of Quixotic
grandeur.

The President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada responded to
this question by pointing out that it constituted A CRIMINAL OFFENCE
as he never had any mental health issues.

Mr. Dwyer snickered and reponded that he was NOT sure yet how to
anwser that question.

(Note: this question was NOT to have been read by the interviewer to
the interviewee in the first place so why read it to him? What's going
on here? He suspects that it's probably POLICE STATE HARASSMENT that
is DELIBERATE and WELL THOUGHT OUT whose objective is to put him away
either in jail or a mental institution. Will Canadians allow this?)

And today when he went to make a request for social assistance, he saw
a cop with a security guard walking around the waiting area and asked
at the counter what the cop was doing there.

He was told laughingly by one the employees to ask his MPP and by
another that they are there two (2) days a week because Mayor Miller
wants them there.

Why?

Because the City has TOO MANY COPS AND DOES NOT KNOW WHERE TO PUT
THEM?

And because of an accidental shooting of an innocent child, the City
will ADD 200 MORE! COPS to the Toronto Police Force.

This kind of *PERVERTED* POLICE STATE LOGIC is MEANT TO DRAIN THE
PUBLIC PURSE, not to serve and protect Torontonians according to the
President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada.

The Police Chief EVEN went on PUBLIC RECORD reported by the newspapers
of Toronto saying that ANY CUTS TO THE POLICE UPCOMING BUDGET would
have *A-P-O-C-L-Y-P-T-I-C* RESULTS for the City of Toronto. Which are?
Who knows?

What GREAT EVIL will befall Toronto if Torontonians CUT THE BUDGET BY
1/2? CRIME is at A RECORD LOW and the City will ADD 200 MORE COPS and
NOT CUT the Police budget? That's NOT CRAZY?  Do Canadians really need
is to add to AN OVERBUGETED, OPPRESSIVE POLICE STATE where cops have
little - if no work - to do?

The President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada strongly
feels THE PRANCING AROUND of a cop in a social assistance office is
uncalled for and unnecessary and is nothing but UNACCEPTABLE POLICE
STATE INTIMIDATION OF THE MOST VULNERABLE.

This especially horrific given the fact that THE SHELTERS and SOCIAL
ASSISTANCE OFFICES are in his opinion *THE* *MAJOR*
*F-E-E-D-E-R-S* of the judicial/prison system in Canada: these are the
places that permit the Police and judicial apparatus to THRIVE and
GROW like an UNCONTROLLED TUMOR.

This creates headaches for the taxpayer who is *NOT ALLOWED* TO DEMAND
THAT THE POLICE JUSTIFY THEIR *BLOATED* BUDGETS and THEIR
*OVERBEARING* BEHAVIOR.

The Police came over with the security guard and asked that he leave
the premises IMMEDIATELY or he would be CHARGED ON THE SPOT for
creating a disturbance because HE RAISED HIS VOICE to the people
behind the plexiglass window. He was "promptly" escorted out of the
building.

The �galit� Party of Canada denounces what it considers to be the
Freemasonic POLICE STATE kangaroo system of justice where the judicial
process will BYPASS DUE PROCESS and TREAT EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
and CRIMINAL INTENT  criminal intent as NON-ESSENTIALS with the Judge
saying that s/he HAS ONLY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THERE WAS AN INFRACTION
based on the disclosure reports provided by the Crown Attorney and the
Police.

Is this Alice-in-Wonderland approach to justice not THE HALLMARK OF A
POLICE STATE?

It is for this reason that the �galit� Party of Canada considers the
POLICE, CROWN ATTORNEYS, and the JUDGES as them to be the BIGGEST
CROOKS of the Public Purse. They MUST BE STOP! No?

What is EQUALLY HORRIFIC is the fact that the RELIGIOUS AUTHORITIES
and THE MEDIA are THEIR WILLING ACCOMPLICES who REFUSE TO DENOUNCE
this UNSAVOURY state of affairs where the Government is run by
crooks.

"Have the Freemasons turned the Government into A DEN OF THIEVES?"
asks the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada.

He says: "Ask yourself these two (2) things:

1. what happened to those Toronto cops charged in offering restaurant
owners protection in return for money besides Chief Fantino having to
move on?

2. what happened to all hose people at Toronto City Hall who received
impressive bribes from Oracle Corporation that were probably
factored into the incredibly high cost of the product?

NOTHING!?

And that's fine by Canadians?

Living in a Police State does NOT agree with the President/Party
Leader of the �galit� Party of Canada because THE POOR are THE CHOSEN
ONES who go to jail so that the Police State System can say that crime
is under control while continuing to needlessly expand by needlessly
rearresting and recycling THE CHOSEN ONE by a system devoid of
legitimacy.

Want to STOP THE NONSENSE?

"DON'T! vote." says the President/Party Leader of the �galit� Party of
Canada.

"Better yet.

Say NO! to poverty.
Say NO! to systemic Government corruption.

How?

JOIN the EH! Revolution and become a member of the �galit� Party of
Canada."
