It's mine!  I lost it there in 1963 when I was coming out of the
HDCA (Halifax-Dartmouth Construction Association) offices.

It should be still attached to the artificial arm, which I lost
at exactly the same time! 

Please email me the watch.  

Note:  You may keep the arm, as I just received a new one as part
of a package deal which included an artificial leg, hip, and a
shoulder as well. 

Note #2:  If the arm has a foot on it instead of a hand, and if
it has "Elsinore" tattooed just above the ankle, please email my
good friend Pete Dextrose immediately.  He'll be very happy to be
able to walk again, as hopping all over the place has its ups and
downs. He'll also be able to address his wife by name again, as
that tattoo was his reminder.
