Approval Criteria
To qualify for this account, your product MUST NOT be one of the

to have been discharged.

You can be a home based start up business and get approved.

Your average ticket should be UNDER $500 and your initial monthly volume
should be under $5000.

PROGRAM 2.
If you want the money to go in your own bank, or are selling computer
systems or anything else over $1000 or have a monthly volume that would
go over $8000, you need to go to Program 2. Here's the details:

Application Fee: $75, refundable if declined
Discount Rate: 2.2% plus 30 cents per transaction
Statement Fee: NONE
Monthly Minimum Fee: $20
Document Retrevial Fee: NONE
Chargeback Fee: $10 (This is not a fee if you process a credit)
Funds are deposited in your own bank in 2 business days.
Discount fees are deducted at the end of the month, making it easy to
keep your checking account in balance at all times.

You need a checking account under the name that you are marketing under.
If you are selling under your own name, than that is OK as well.
You need to provide the following documentation:
* Copy of an ad or website
* Info on the product or service you sell
* A VOID check on the account where the funds are to go.

Credit wise, you need to have reasonable personal credit to qualify. If
you have bad credit, they need a current tax return and 3 months worth
of checking account statements.

The Unacceptable List in Program 1 is still true here except that this
program is good for computer sales and other average ticket sales over
$1000. To qualify for sales over $1000, you need to provide at least 3
months worth of checking account statements and possibly a tax return to
show that you have a non-credit card income that at lease reflects your
requested monthly credit card volume. This is to reduce the risk of you
not being able to cover refunds or chargebacks.

PROGRAM 3. HIGH RISK AND FOREIGN MERCHANTS
If you are selling any of the following:
* Adult Materials or Services
* Pre-paid Calling Cards
* Discount Coupon Books
* Travel Related Services
* Memberships or Subscriptions
* Computer Systems
* Services Paid in Advance More than 30 Days

or you are a non US based merchant, we recommend a processor that offers
the following:
Discount Rate: 10%
Other Fees: NONE
Annual Secure Server Fee: $150
Set Up Fee: NONE
Credit or Business Requirements: NONE

All transactions are submitted to the network via a secure web page
which is set up for you at no additional cost. You get your money paid
by check every week. You can get a lower discount rate by paying a
higher up front fee. We can not guarantee the integrity of this
operation, but know a few merchants using it successfully.

PROGRAM 4. PROCESS BY TELEPHONE FOR $195.
If you are selling a tangible product or operate a service business such
as a plumber, contractor, electrician, etc., you can eliminate the need
for processing equipment altogether. You enter all transactions into
your telephone, which then connects to the processing center and
completes the transaction. Here are the fees:

This program is limited to transactions under $500, and monthly volume
under $5000. It is designed for those looking for an inexpensive way to
start taking credit cards, or for those who sell at flea markets or swap
meets where using a terminal would not work. Personal credit must be
reasonable, with no bankruptcies or major delinquencies.

An addition to the Unacceptable List for Program 4 is computer software,
unless it is off-the-shelf software.

PROCESSING EQUIPMENT ON THE CHEAP!
