MCSNet is pleased to announce the following enhancements to our service:

Technical support is now available from 8:00 AM - Midnight on weekends.
Starting the 27th our tech deks will be open 8:00 AM - Midnight 7 days a
week. This will give our customers unprecedented access to technical
assistance in this market, and is vastly improved over most other
Chicagoland ISPs. This marks the end of "Phase 1" in our move towards
7x24 Technical Support availability.

Our previously announced "unified" numbers are now operational. The
complete phone list for MCSNet dial-ins is now:

POP Location 14.4 and below V.34/V.FC	Alternate V.34
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Chicago/Loop 312-803-3590
Chicago/Lakeview	312-248-0900 312-248-5687
Naperville 708-637-0900 708-637-0964 708-300-0024
Blue Island/Alsip	708-385-0997 708-385-1142
St Charles/Geneva	708-262-0900 708-262-0949
Schaumburg 708-413-8450
Elmhurst 708-617-4300
Wheeling 708-465-0990	708-777-0026
Skokie 708-745-0024
Northbrook 708-400-0026

These changes and additions are in response to what our customers have asked
for. Please keep the suggestions coming -- we continue to add new services,
new phone numbers, and additional resources to the network to keep ourselves
ahead of the crowd in the Chicagoland ISP marketplace.

Enjoy!
