Over time the distinctions between the various transport networks
breaks down more and more.  I would much rather see any gatewayed
groups avoid putting `fido' as part of the name.  If there is a
reasonable amount of traffic in the fido group and if those jobs
are primarily of interest to computing types, a mi.jobs <-> fido
job list gateway would be most appropriate.

In the more general case, if there are other Michigan-oriented fido
things which someone thinks should be gatewayed, let's hear about
them.  Meg?
