Costs aren't an issue -- and in fact, the more regional volume, the
better.  If you have 30 relevant postings per day, that would make an
excellent and useful addition to the Michigan news heirarchy.  A
volunteer is already digging up software to do the interchange and
analyse the current topics.  Once he's done all we really need do it
pick some useful names for the groups.
