Hi there People,

Anybody know where to shut this uuxqt notice -OFF- so I don't receive a
ton of notices telling me everything is fine and rnews was run as it should
have been?  I don't get them from anyone execpt Plex-2 (to Plex-1) and I am
using the same C-News on both machines.
