The Plex Project (Plex-1.ann-arbor.mi.us & Plex-2.ann-arbor.mi.us) is a Public Access Usenet Backbone System which both feeds systems Usenet News via UUCP and allows on-line READ/POST accounts. We are currently feeding 15 sites and have already exceeded the 100 online account mark in a few short weeks. We do NOT have an IP address (yet) and do allow free UUCP/E-Mail accounts to the net. Our project is 100% user funded and there is no REAL charge for it's usage, we do ask that our users give what they can in order to help this system to continue to serve the public's usenet interests. _____ _____ ' / ) ' ) ) .-/- / -/--' (_/__/_AVE / ARKS -- destroyer!m-net!kite Public Access Altos 68020 UNIX Sys-III (313) 994-6333 vela!plex-1!root Usenet News Plexus P/35 68000 UNIX SysV.2 663-6207 vela!plex-2!root Usenet News Plexus P/60 68020 UNIX SysV.2 663-6873 -- You can mail Dave Parks at these addresses, or phone (313) 663-2247 --
