I have a problem that I hope someone out there in netland can help
me solve. I have written a program in foxplus 1.1 on a tandy 4000
running xenix ver 2.2. We are using dec vt220's in vt100 mode as
the terminals. Everytime the del key is pressed the program goes
into spasms which do not usually crash the program, but cause
other problems like inserting blank records or garbage records.
This problem is even worse at the "." prompt where it will lock
up the session with no recovery except deleting the process.

Does anyone know how to either change the del key to look like a
backspace or disable it all together?

any help or direction will be greatly appreciated!

please respond by email. I will post results.
