0.1 does not have an exact representation as a binary floating point
value, so the actual value that the compiler uses is slightly less than
0.1, which results in an extra trip through the loop. It's really the
same problem as in this infinite loop:

for( int i = 0; i < 10; i += 1/3 )
	cout << i << endl;
