I would like to create an ActiveX control based on a Dialog such that i
can easily insert other controls (CTreeView, CListView...).

Can this be done? I have seen a reference a DlgX class in the MSDN which
is suppose to do this but it is no longer on the microsoft web site.

Thanks
James Alexander
