Having trouble to get DCOM's "This User" identity to work.

I keep getting an EOleSysError exception, "The class is configured to
run as a security id different from the caller" when I start the DCOM
server even though I've setup access and launch permission for "This
User" and included "This User" in the local administrators group.

The DCOM server is compiled using Delphi 4 (SP3) and I'm running it on
NT 4.0 (SP5)

Could somebody please point out a few suggestions??
