 Consulting firm needs help in business adminstration!

 It is time to move from a home office to a small 
 commercial office.  We need someone that can 
 manage the day-to-day office administration for 
 a very small group of consulting engineers (3).  

 Daily activities include bookkeeping, filing, and 
 general office tasks using Word, Excel, etc.

 Ideal position for someone that can comfortably
 "do-it-all" with minimum direction after orientation.

 1. Good business knowledge and solid experience is
    absolutely essential.  Even though we are a tiny 
    business, we need someone that can reliably
    take responsibility for business administration.
    Yes, you will have to wear many hats!

 2. Insatiable desire to learn more about PC software
    and the internet

 3. QuickBooks experience is very, very desirable

 4. Microsoft Office experience is very desirable

 5. Diverse understanding of PC software is desirable

 Bookkeeping: QuickBooks Pro 5.0

 Office Suite:  Microsoft Office Pro 95 / 97

 $15 per hour, flexible hours (full or part time)
