By the way, you wouldn't believe how relatively low your property tax
is when your land is zoned agricultural.  And it doesn't take much ag
activity to qualify.  And you wouldn't believe thedevelopers tripping
over their dicks trying to kame you a rich man.

Ah, life is tough.

Those wealthy developers will pay off your local gov't and not make an offer to 
you.  They'll then have your land confiscated under eminent domain laws.


Barren land doesn't produce much in the way of taxes, the local gov't wants it 
developed and they'll tkae it from you.  Just ask Dutch Ruppersberger........he 
tried the little scam and the people overruled him  Now's he;s just another 
pansy assed congressman in D.C.
