David Ritz didn't like certain posts in milw.general.

So he began to take "action," the kind of "action" that previously
cost him thousands of dollars in legal fees.

People who didn't like David Ritz's action rebelled. This started
after Qatra was forced out of milw.general by somebody (at this,
point, it's not known who did this to Qatra, but Mr. Ritz is
suspected, particularly since Qatra's posts were critical of Israel).

milw.general was soon reduced to what it is today.

Is Mr. Ritz happy?

At least he's stopped the criticism of Israel.
