Does anyone know what the resale value will be of 2-3 yrs old SINGLE-FAMILY
HOME/TOWNHOUSE without a basement ?

What is important when someone is buying a  real-estate in terms of basement
vs. location ?

Out of basement and location, which one is more important ?

I am going through a decision process where I have a new TOWNHOUSE which is
without a BASEMENT, but location is great. So, I like to know which one
is more important, location or basement ?
