Hello Netnews readers,

Does anyone know how is the market (in chicago area) for townhouse ?

Does anyone know if there are any new townhouse constructions going on in
west suburbs(specifically Lisle, Naperville, or Glen Allyn) of chicago ?

How is the townhouse market in general ?

Do townhouses gets sold pretty easily ?

Do they appreciate like single family house ?

Is it worthwhile going through a real-estate agent or buying it by yourself ?
