Something I observed recently : one such message was sent to
about 6 groups or so. I did not know why, you just gave the answer.
Well, if a program has been writen to eliminate useless messages, and
your message gets filtered by it, do not wait any answer from it.

Some groups are "moderated", that means "web advertisers" succeeded in
destroying freedom. Will it be long possible to resist ? Anyway it is
less a problem in some groups than in other ones to restrict writing
access -because of their topic.

Among a few characteristics of messages that are often repeated :
 - they are sent to as many groups as possible, preferably with
nothing to do with the topic (I suppose this is the criterium that
made your message being "moderated" -and the program has probably been
installed between time of the "Web advertising" and of your answer)
 - the sender's address is forged
 - the subject often contains "$" or "money" or "cash", but not
always ; one of them even pushed to calling his message "new idea"
 - the text generally contains 5 addresses

It is probable most of them are sent by people with less than one week
of connection to groups, who had no time to evaluate the damage and
how ridiculous they will appear.

Of course one thing to do : never send money to somebody who menaces
freedom in groups to ask you to send him one dollar, and promises you
to receive several times the same, by begging further. Never accept to
get further information about a job if you do not see obviously before
first contact what the customer will get of it. Never accept a job if
you must pay for it, generally when you do a job you are payed for it.
I think because of spammers I already spent the equivalent of several
dollars that only profit to France Telecom. Well, in fact I imagine it
also profited to the one who wrote the program that filtered your
answer ... And that was needed, and we are not at the end of it.
Strange world ...

Well, this will probably have to be repeated, too.

Good morning / good afternoon / good night to everybody.

While I am here : can anyone tell me what "alt" at the beginning of
the name of groups means ?
