Well, as a benchmark, let's compare the rate for South Africa to MCI's 
current rate (these are the things I'm familar with, and I'm not 
endorsing MCI or saying people only call SA).  This advertisement quotes 
a rate of of US$0.62 a minute to South Africa.  Contrasting this to the 
current rate of US$0.50 a minute offered by MCI, we have this company's 
definition of "low cost" as being a mere 24% greater than the going 
rate.  Where do I sign up?
