This place must be a real dog, you've been trying to sell it forever.  On 
the other hand, maybe it's the haphazardous way you're marketing it.  I can 
pretty much guaranty you that there are better prospects somewhere nearer to 
you than Minnesota, so why don't you go ahead and take us off the 
distribution.
