Wanted: builder for custom residence in Northern Virginia

We're finishing designs for a 2000 square foot (plus basement) house
in Arlington, VA and are in search of a builder. The design calls for
some unusual materials which might suggest builders with some commercial
experience.

Finished floors are concrete with radiant tubing for heat, dyed,
stained, and polished. Joists for main and upstairs floors (not roof)
are open-web steel trusses and left exposed. Glass block is used in
exterior walls, as well as some interior partition walls. We have
retained the services of a structural engineer to review the steel
work and other loading.

The rest of the house is pretty normal to keep costs down: simple
rectangular shape with a single bump-out, poured concrete basement, no
complex roof, 2x6 stick walls, stock window sizes... Exterior finish
is stucco. Roof is standing seam steel.

The lot is empty and flat and has already been surveyed and checked
for drainage, etc. Utilities are available at the edge of the lot.

Please respond by email if you are interested, or if you can recommend
a builder.

Thanks.
