Hm... he requested an 8 weeks trial subscription.  What in dispute is
the continual delivery of paper after the 8th week.  He claimed he
had not explicitly ordered the continuation, but the paper claimed
it was so by default because he did not explicitly stopped it.

Some mail order crooks will get my credit card number when I
trial order 1 month supply of their miracle pills, then send me
10 years supply and charge accordingly.  Should I pay?  NO.
