Quality and price are unrelated.  All products come with a
warranty of merchantability which assures that goods sold for a
particular purpose will serve that purpose, NO MATTER HOW LARGE
OR SMALL THE PURCHASE PRICE.  The complaint about the poor
quality of the tape is indeed a valid one.
