Wrong with trivial stuff like proving you are who you claim
to be when using a credit card or using an aircraft as a
passenger etc.  The courts arent involved in that proof at all.

Same with proving you do have a drivers license when a cop
pulls you over for exceeding the speed limit etc etc etc.
