With that sort of attitude, you deserve to be run out of every decent repair shop in the state. Poor little piled-higher-and-deeper, you had to wait an extra 15 minutes. It makes me absolutely ill thinking about that poor planning on the part of the shop manager. Had he shown any intelligence, he would have realized what a total ass you were, and have refused to service your vehicle. On the other hand, you could learn to service your own car, as I do. You'd save much more than 15 minutes in both time and money.
