Yeah, that's the problem I was faced with. I received a $60 gift voucher,
but was told I had to spend $120 ($60 of my own money plus the $60 gift
voucher) to use it. I'm a big spender on CDs so it wasn't a problem for me
(I bought more than $120), but for people who don't want to spend the
extra amount then that's where it becomes a major problem and a big pain
in the arse. No doubt the majority of the people who faced this problem
were pissed off.
