Thinking deep philosophical thoughts while doing 80.  Maybe he's a
better driver? (g,d,&r)

IME the real thing choking that road is the ongoing construction.
Yesterday they were repairing a guard rail following an accident, so it
was narrowed to one lane for maybe 100 yards, so that backlogged
traffic for two miles...

We'd have gone from owning to renting because we wouldn't have been
able to qualify for a loan on just a GTA, and my income would have been
indescribably bad for the first year while I got a studio ramped up and
running.  YMMV.
