I disagree. I pay tuition online using a credit card. First I transfer the 
appropriate amount from my savings to my credit card, "overloading" it, then 
log on my school's website and make a CC payment. I get 1% of the purchase 
back in rewards. I would pay in person if they offered a 3% cash discount, 
but they don't, so quite frankly I don't see a reason to stand in line for 
an hour when I can pay at home.
