And most companies realise that customer satisfaction, even with customers
who are being a little awkward perhaps (but thats not necessarily the case
here), is far more valuable that a 32 cent stamp or wasting time arguing on
a toll free number. Many companies ensure that such matters are resolved
long before they come in to a public forum such as this.

The fact that this matter was not resolved does not say much to me about the
company, and I would not want to go near them.

Whatever happened to the customer always being right ?
