John:  Costco Membership Warehouse has them lately, if you or your
friend is a member.  I also believe that the Emporium and other major
department stores stock them, but I haven't checked lately.

I discovered the body pillow during my pregnancy 2 years ago.  It can
be almost impossible to find a comfortable (& Dr. approved) position
for sleep as one gets, well, huge.  The pillow really helped to
"balance" me.  Since then my husband (an avid cuddler) has developed
an attachment to it, since it doesn't toss and turn as much as I do
during the night.

Some folks also swear the pillow is good for back problems.

What *I* would like to know is where I can find pillowcases big enough
for the bloomin' things.  I mean colored, normal cases that might
match one's bedding, not some off-white, zip-on cover.  Right now I am
using two cases on the pillow, one on each end and overlapping in the
middle.  A little dopey looking...
